Donation Program

Singo Solution is pleased to donate the Blaze Contact Management Software  to qualified non-profit, educational and charitable organizations in the United States and Canada. Qualified institutions must be 100% free and must provide proof of tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code.

The following organizations are not eligible for free access:
  • Individuals and Private Foundations.
  • Conferences or Symposia.
  • Political, labor, religious, or fraternal organizations.
  • Public libraries that intend to offer our software for third party access.
  • Non-profit organizations without a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.
  • Organizations serving more than 5% of customers outside of the U.S. and Canada
  • Cold-calls to "sell" a product where any portion of the proceeds can be used as "admin" fees or anything not directly benefitting the intended beneficiary.

Qualified Sites must have a local contact willing to learn or already understand basic dialer administration. Singo has the right to disqualify any site who cannot provide such a resource. Training can be provided at cost for any site without a currently trained dialer administrator. Although the Singo Software will be provided free of charge, each site is still responsible for all long distance usage in addition to any customizations outside of the normal contact management system.

Items which will be made available to all qualified institutions:
  • Access to Inbound Phone lines and Skillset Routing / IVR functions
  • Access to Sophisticated Outbound Predictive dialer with Call Bending
  • Call automation for appointment verification, message blast, surveys and other such functions.
  • Access to 100% digital voice recording.

Qualified sites can use the system for any function related to their non-profit organization. This can include outbound telemarketing using our sophisticated predictive dialer, inbound calls for donations, call automation for data collection and virtual agent seat where volunteers can gain remote access to the call center platform from any location with internet access.

Singo Solution retains the right to deny donation status at an time. Utilizing the software in any abusive manner will lead to immediate termination and Singo retains the right to make make this evaluation.
