System Integrator - Phoenix AZ

Singo Solution provides hosted software contact management solutions for a number of industries, including call centers, utilities, telecom providers, education, and medical. We are based in the Phoenix area, and have presence throughout the US as well as internationally.

Singo has an opening for a full-time employee position as a Communication System Integrator. Employee must live in the Phoenix area. Responsibilities include traveling to client sites (in and around Phoenix) to integrate their telephony and communication systems with products and solutions offered by Singo and our strategic partners. Benefits include medical and dental plans, and the ability to work from home when not traveling to client sites.

Required skills include:
  • Fluent knowledge of Linux as a server platform 
  • Extensive knowledge of Freeswitch/FreeTDM required 
  • Strong networking skills (routers) 
  • Basic knowledge of Asterisk/DAHDI 
  • Exposure to Nortel, Avaya and Cisco SIP Trunks and general PBX skills

Client Services Representatives - Healthcare

Singo Solution is currently looking for Client Services Representatives to support customers in the Healthcare industry. Previous experience as an administrator or an office manager for doctor/dental office preferred.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and technically inclined. Required experience include the use of appointment scheduling software and basic collection practices for clinics. Dialer Administrators - Phoenix AZ 

Singo Solution is currently looking for Dialer Administrators to help oversee existing clients utilizing Singo's hosted platform, on-premise systems and beta sites. Roughly 70% of the work is customer service related – helping various call centers utilize and manage their campaigns effectively. Ten percent of the time will be used to travel from site to site within the Phoenix area to get feedback from the various beta and testing centers. The remaining 20% is reserved for administrative functions and system deployments.

Candidate must have administered at least one of these dialers in the past 10 years - Avaya PDS, Singo Blaze, Aspect, Noble, Livevox, Five9. Skills   required include SQL, Linux (such as installations and basic shell scripting), dialing strategies, ability to easily understand call center reports, hardware (such as raid) and industry knowledge in Collections, Telesales and Customer Service. Candidate must be self motivated and able to function in a team that needs little management. Position does allow the bulk of the work to be done remotely, however, individual must reside in the Phoenix Arizona area to help oversee beta sites and data center support. No third parties. Web Developer

Singo Solution develops some of the most advanced applications for the call center industry. One of our more aggressive project is creating a web-based, multi-media contact center solution. This is soft real-time software being developed in Ada. To help us accomplish this goal, we are hiring experienced Web Developers to add to our existing staff.

Candidates must be motivated, with a demonstrated ability to create useful abstractions. Must be able to work both individually and as part of a team. Will be integrating with VoIP solutions, and creating cutting-edge web-based user interfaces. Some light system administration will also be required. Adherence to strict coding standards is expected.

Must be able to program for Linux operating systems. Willing to consider this as a full-time remote/telecommuting position. Knowledge of XHTML/XML /Javascript /CSS/Web 2.0 is required. Having call center knowledge, VoIP and Ada Skills preferred, but not required. If you are a self-motivated developer, we look forward to you joining our energetic team.
